This No Returns & No Refunds Policy applies to all products and services sold by Highly Leveraged, including those sold through Whop.
1. No Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, online training, memberships, mentorship programs, software tools, downloadable materials, and community access, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Once access is granted to any product or service, the sale is final.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final.
By completing your purchase through Whop or any other platform, you acknowledge and agree that Highly Leveraged does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.
We do not make exceptions to this policy. Please ensure you fully understand what is being offered before making a purchase.
3. Payment Plans
If you choose a split or payment plan option:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.
Payment plans cannot be canceled once the first payment has been processed.
You remain responsible for the full balance regardless of usage, participation, or completion of the product.
Failure to complete payments may result in immediate removal of access and possible collection efforts for the remaining balance.
4. Whop Platform Purchases
All purchases made through Whop are subject to this policy. Highly Leveraged is not responsible for refund requests submitted outside of this policy.
By purchasing through Whop, you agree that you understand and accept that no refunds will be issued.
