2. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Any sales figures, performance results, testimonials, or examples shared on our website, marketing materials, training, community, or through Whop are provided for illustrative purposes only.

12. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

You waive:

• The right to bring a lawsuit in court

• The right to a jury trial

• The right to participate in a class action

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and shall be the exclusive remedy for disputes.
